  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all addresses within South Africa.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
  • Carrier Information: We use Aramex for all our shipments. Please refer to their website for more detailed tracking information.

5. Shipment Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at atuweni0707@icloud.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalising your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted by specific carriers or laws. If your order contains such items, we will contact you with alternative shipping options.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Therapy Dupe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
